Return & Refund Policy

At SmoothMotion Co., we aim to provide high-quality self-stirring drinkware and accessories designed for everyday convenience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not qualify for return once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify SmoothMotion Co. within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

While we work closely with our courier partners, SmoothMotion Co. is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during shipping or handling by third-party courier providers. Reported claims may be reviewed and investigated where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by SmoothMotion Co.

Delivery Information

Orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door courier service. Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products

SmoothMotion Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
